The EFL-DYE-UF-ENE series of coupled hydrogel fluorescent dyes are macromolecular monomers grafted with double bonds and specific fluorescent molecules. After mixing with hydrogel precursors, they are coupled to the gel polymer network through free radical polymerization during photocuring to achieve stable fluorescent labeling. The product is suitable for the fluorescent labeling of light-curing hydrogel products such as HAMA, SilMA, AlgMA and DexMA, and has good biocompatibility. It overcomes the shortcomings of fluorescence molecules easily diffused out of the system in physical mixing or electrostatic adsorption methods, and avoids the problem of uneven imaging of fluorescent particles.
